AMENDED OPINION ON PROCEDURAL ISSUES

I. Introduction
The duly appointed trustee of Artimm, S.r.l., an Italian corporation 1 that is a debtor in a bankruptcy case in Rome, brings this § 304 2 case to forestall a default judgment in a state court action in Los Angeles and to administer its United States affairs in connection with its ongoing Italian bankruptcy case.
