I. Background.
Prior to the commencement of their Chapter 7 cases, Pamela Ann Mozer (“Mozer”) and Law Office of Pamela Ann Mozer (“Mozer Firm”) (collectively “Debtors”) filed a complaint seeking damages from Mozer’s former law partners, Dennis P. Riley, Law Offices of Dennis P. Riley, PC, Rena E. Kreitenberg, and Law Offices of Rena E. Kreitenberg, PC (collectively “Buyers”).
