Some years prior to 1873 Torkel Swenson became the owner of a farm in Goodhue county, described as follows: The E. J of the S. E. -J and the S. W. | of the S. E. I of section 27 and the N. W. \ of the N. E.|- of section 34, all in township 110, range 16. The buildings were located near the southeast corner of the S. W. i of the S. E. | of section 27, and Torkel resided there until his death in 1908. Defendant has lived there since. One John Sorkil, prior to 1873, acquired and occupied the N. E. ¿ of the N. E. of said section 34, the buildings thereon being about 20 rods east from the westerly…
