Under the provisions of the Unemployment Compensation Act of 1937 (Acts 1937, p. 705, Sec. 7, (1) (m), Acts 1939, p. 585, Sec. 6, (1) (m)) the Review Board has certified six questions of law based upon the following facts:

“The applicant, Dallas Zeits, filed a claim for unemployment compensation on January 25, 1940, claiming wage credits upon earnings from the Plymouth Manufacturing Company. The employer, the Plymouth Manufacturing Company, contends that the services of Zeits did not constitute employment within the meaning of the Indiana Unemployment Compensation Law because Zeits was a…
