A proceeding was commenced by defendant in error before the Workmen’s Compensation Commission of the State of New York, established by the Workmen’s Compensation Law of that State, 1 to recover compensation from the New York Central & Hudson River Railroad Company for the death of her husband, Jacob White, who lost his life September 2, 1914, through an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment under that company.
