SAIF Corp. v. Nehl

SAIF Corporation moves for reconsideration of our previous opinion, SAIF v. Nehl, 148 Or App 101, 939 P2d 96(1997), contending, inter alia, that “some of the language of the court’s opinion appears to apply [ORS 656.005(7)(a)(B)] in a manner inconsistent with the court’s prior opinions.” We allow the motion to clarify our opinion and to respond to SAIF’s argument that our opinion in this case is inconsistent with our opinion in Robinson v.
