FERGUSON, Judge:

Tried by general court-martial, the accused was found guilty of conspiracy to commit larceny and larceny, in violation, respectively, of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 81 and 121, 10 USC §§ 881 and 921. He was sentenced to dishonorable dis*338charge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for five years, and reduction to the grade of recruit.
