Private Valigura (hereafter appellee) was tried by a general court-martial consisting of a military judge alone. Contrary to her pleas, she was convicted of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and failure to go to her appointed place of duty; pursuant to her pleas, she was convicted of failure to obey a lawful order and wrongful distribution of marijuana.
