AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
This case is about eleven photographs of Oprah Winfrey taken by Plaintiffs Paul Natkin and Stephen Green on the set of her (rather) well-known television show. The photographs were subsequently published in Winfrey’s book Make the Connection, co-authored with Bob Greene and’ published in 1996 by Buena Vista Books under the name Hyperion, without Natkin and Green’s permission. That publication resulted in this copyright infringement action and various other causes of action under the Lanham Act and Illinois state law. The defendants…
