This suit was brought by appellant against Mrs. Julia Amsler, J. C. Amsler and L. D. Amsler, t© recover the sum of $5,815.50 alleged to be due appellant as commission or compensation for his services in the sale of 3,877 acres of land owned by appellees. Plaintiff alleges in substance that he contracted with appellees to procure a purchaser for said land, and did procure such purchaser in the person of one D. A.
