MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, James A. Hunley, brings this action pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking a review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare denying Mr. Hunley’s application of July 15, 1976 seeking a period of disability, disability insurance benefits, and a supplemental security income. The sole issue is whether the final decision of the Secretary is based upon substantial evidence. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
