This matter is pending on the appeal of Marian B. Saunders from a decision of the Virginia Supplemental Retirement System denying disability retirement benefits to her. The main issue in the case is whether substantial evidence in the record supports the decision of the Virginia Supplemental Retirement System Board of Trustees (VSRS). A secondary issue is whether the VSRS afforded Mrs. Saunders due process of law in the proceedings before it.
