LaPRADE, Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment cancel-ling certain deeds from the state of Arizona to Ed E. Murphy and wife, and from Murphy and wife to the state. The judg ment also cancelled and annulled a mortgage from the successors in interest of Murphy to the Ohio National Life Insurance Company on the lands received from the state in the exchange.

This decision- is perhaps unduly lengthy but, due to the rights asserted and the possible ultimate disposition of more than 10,-000 acres of land acquired by the state on foreclosures resulting from the nonpayment of loans made from the…
