Gallagher, Chief Justice.

In an action for damages for injuries sustained in an automobile accident, plaintiff was awarded the sum of $7,000 against defendants, Lena Johnson, Albert Johnson, and Andrew Kutches. They moved separately for judgment non obstante. The motions were denied and judgment was entered, from which defendants separately appealed. By stipulation of the parties, the appeals were consolidated for hearing in this court.
