This case has a long history. Felix Jeli-nek previously appealed to this court the denial of disability benefits by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary). The full background is set forth in our prior opinion. Jelinek v. Heckler, 764 F.2d 507 (8th Cir.1985). This court remanded this case to the Secretary to call a vocational expert.
