Carolyn L. Nimick appeals from an order of the district court 1 affirming the Secretary of Health and Human Services’ (the Secretary) denial of Ms. Nimick’s application for social security benefits. The district court found that there was substantial evidence on the record as a whole to support the AU’s finding that Ms. Nimick was not disabled and was, therefore, not entitled to benefits.
