Conor Corcoran (“Corcoran”) obtained a pre-petition judgment (“Judgment”) against Brian McCabe (“Debtor”) as a result of certain litigation filed by Corcoran against the Debtor in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas (“Pre-Petition Litigation”).
