Defendant, who was convicted of various crimes after pleading guilty, appeals, raising several challenges to his sentences on those convictions. Defendant’s challenges, under Blakely v. Washington, 542 US 296, 124 S Ct 2531, 159 L Ed 2d 403 (2004), to the trial court’s imposition of an upward departure sentence, denial of program consideration under ORS 137.750, and imposition of consecutive sentences are all unpreserved, and we decline to review them.
