Petitioner seeks judicial review of a final order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (board) setting the expiration date of his term of post-prison supervision (PPS). We review the order for substantial evidence and errors of law, ORS 183.482(8), and affirm.
The material facts are straightforward and undisputed. In August 2000, petitioner pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree sexual abuse, ORS 163.427, and, on the same day but in a separate case, to one count of attempted first-degree rape, ORS 163.375, and to two counts of attempted first-degree sodomy, ORS 163.405.
