Case Summary
Elio Del Veechio appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Bankers National Life Insurance Company (Bankers) on various claims stemming from an incident where a Bankers' agent allegedly told Del Veechio that he could trade in his current life insurance policy for a new one, which doubled his current death benefits, without making additional premium payments.
