SHIELDS, Judge.
Robert and Elaine Habig appeal the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Gilbert Bruning, Jack Samuelson, and Samuelson-Bruning Engineering and Construetion, Inc. (hereinafter "Bruning"). We reverse.
