This is an action wherein Paul H. Eckroat, as plaintiff, seeks to eject the defendant, an adjoining landowner, from an 8-or 9-inch strip of land lying along the common boundary line between their respective properties in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and to recover damages for its detention. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
