LAWSON, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Kevin J. DeOrnellas and Jay B. Greve, have sued the defendants claiming that they were wrongfully termi nated from employment in violation of various Michigan statutes. The defendants responded with a motion to compel arbitration and stay proceedings in this case, which the plaintiffs oppose.
