Introduction
This is a dispute under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) where Plaintiffs allege Defendant KeHE Distributors (“KeHE”), a national distributor of food products to supermarkets and retail chains, denied overtime pay to current and former sales representatives (Killion Doc. 1 at 1-3).
