Leroy Harris, Esther E. Harris, Phillip W. Lovell, Leah C. Lovell ("the Harris-Lovell group") and Steven Shelton and Julie Stapp Shelton ("the Sheltons") were coguarantors of several loans owed by The Milling Company Enterprises, Inc.
