RODOWSKY, Judge.

This is a capital murder case. Appellant, Jean Alex Cler-mont (Clermont), was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County of premeditated and felony murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, and other offenses. The death sentence was imposed by the jury.
