THE COURT.

In this proceeding we review the recommendation of the Review Department of the State Bar Court that petitioner Anna Lou Kelley be publicly reproved and placed on disciplinary probation for three years on several conditions, including abstinence from the use of intoxicants and referral to the State Bar Program on Alcohol Abuse.
