This matter is before the court on a motion for summary judgment by the plaintiff, the Advocacy Center, and a cross-motion for summary judgment by the defendants, Richard Stalder, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Correction, and Kelly Ward, Warden of the David Wade Correctional Center. No opposition has been filed by the defendants to the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment. However, opposition has been filed by the plaintiff to the cross-motion made by the defendants.
