MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PRATT, District Judge.
Plaintiffs bring this action for a preliminary and permanent injunction requiring the *632Defendants to produce copies of records regarding the death of a former resident of the Woodward Resource Center located in Woodward, Iowa in Boone County. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted.
