Defendant assigns as error the admission of opinion testimony, as to toe speed of defend'amt’s car at toe time of toe accident, by Richard Chambers, 13 year old brother of toe deceased children. The testimony is as .follows: “I would say probably from 'in between sixty and seventy miles per hour. I heard toe brakes on toe oar squeal real loud. ... I saw Alonzo’s (defendant’s) car coming up from toe south going north on toe road. I -saw another car at that time. It was coming up toe road 'ahead of Alonzo.
