This is an appeal from the decision and judgment of the Customs Court, 65 Cust. Ct. 320, C.D. 4096 (1970), sustaining the importers’ protest against the classification of certain television camera sables under item 688.15 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS) an insulated electrical conductors with fittings dutiable at the rate of 17 per centum ad valorem. The importers claimed that the correct classification was under item 685.20 TSUS as television apparatus dutiable at the rate of 10 per centum ad valorem.
