HODGES, Justice.

The issue in this case is whether the district court improperly modified the plaintiffs driver’s license revocation for employment purposes when he was only casually employed. We answer in the negative.

I. FACTS

On November 12, 1993, the plaintiff, Michael L. Cooper, pulled in front of an oncoming vehicle causing a collision. While investigating the accident, the officer noticed signs of intoxication.
