We are convinced that the order of the Circuit Court, as reported herewith, correctly disposes of the issues raised by the appellant. The exceptions are overruled and the judgment below is,
Affirmed.

The plaintiff is the wholly owned subsidiary of Edisto Farms Dairy and was organized for the purpose of purchasing vehicles and then leasing the same to Edisto Farms Dairy at an agreed consideration.
