MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ARRAJ, Chief Judge.
Defendant Ringsby Truck Lines is a common carrier which transports goods in Colorado and Wyoming. Plaintiffs are Ringsby employees who work as truck drivers and warehousemen. Plaintiffs allege, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, that they have been and continue to be injured by conduct on the part of Ringsby which violates the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (1964).
