SIMMS, Justice:

Appeal from the District Court of Rogers County, affirming an order by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Board of Review (Board), allowing payment of unemployment benefits to Gilbert V. Farris. R & R Engineering (R & R), Far-ris’ former employer, contested the payment of benefits since Farris had voluntarily resigned after being informed that he would receive a 16⅜% reduction in pay, due to poor economic condition. All of the employees of R & R had received cuts in pay; Farris is the only employee who resigned as a result of the salary reductions. Other employees had…
