Jung raises two issues on this appeal: (1) Did the trial court abuse its discretion in granting the state’s motion to consolidate the three cases for trial over Jung’s objection, and (2) did the trial court deny Jung the equal protection of the laws guaranteed by the Fourteenth amendment to the United States constitution by the sentences it imposed upon him?
