By the Court, Shearing, J.:
Appellant Andre Rene Kidwell contends that the district court violated his procedural due process rights.1 We conclude that the assignments of error are without merit and therefore affirm.
*83 FACTS
Pamela Renay Daniels (“Daniels”) and Andre Rene Kidwell (“Kidwell”) contest the termination of parental rights of five of Daniels’ eleven children. The five children who are the subject of these proceedings include two sets of twins. The twins, Leandre and Deandre, were born January 22, 1988.
