Northern Assurance Company of America (“Northern Assurance”) filed a declaratory judgment action against Connie Lark (“Connie”), William Lark (“William”), Barbara Nash (“Nash”), William Summers (“Summers”) and the Sycamore Agency, Inc. (“Sycamore”). Northern Assurance sought a declaration that it did not provide coverage for an automobile accident occurring on July 20, 1991 involving William and Summers.
