This matter comes before the Court on cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff Nathan Hays (Hays) and Defendant Communication Technologies, Inc. (Comtek). A hearing on the motions was held on September 17, 2010. Attorney Charles Gribble represented Hays; and attorneys Deborah Tharnish, Terese Connolly, and John Michels represented Comtek.
