This appeal requires us to consider the parameters of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, 38 U.S.C.A. §§ 4301-4333 (West 2002 & Supp.2005) (“USERRA”), enacted by Congress to protect the employment and reemployment rights of veterans.
