Plaintiff Gale Holbrook appeals from the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of both defendants. Plaintiff’s complaint sought damages for personal injuries sustained when his vehicle collided with a truck operated by defendant Milan Peric and owned by defendant Elgin Sweeping Services, Inc. (Elgin).
