Mieher v. Brown

Kathryn Mieher, while driving east on State Highway 140 near Old Ripley, Illinois, collided with the right rear corner of an International Harvester truck which was also going east and which was making a right turn off of the highway. Kathryn Mieher died as a result of injuries received in the accident. The plaintiff, Esther Mieher, as administrator of Kathryn Mieher’s estate, filed a two-count action in the circuit court of Montgomery County against Kenneth L. Brown, the driver of the truck.
