I. Introduction

Appellant Kevin Dean Dunn appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or higher, a class-A misdemeanor. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. 49.04(a), (d) (West Supp. ■2014). Dunn pleaded not guilty, but a jury found him guilty; the trial court assessed Dunn’s punishment at ninety days’ confinement and a $1,250.00 fine.
