OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, CHIEF JUSTICE

The State of Texas appeals the trial court’s order granting the motion to suppress evidence filed by appellee Connie Torrez. In three related points, the State contends that the trial court erred by granting appellee’s motion because a police officer’s reasonable suspicion of a traffic offense — operating a vehicle with one headlight out — supported the stop of ap- pellee’s car. 1 We reverse the trial court’s order and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings.
