The parties appear in this court in an order the reverse of that held in the Common Pleas Court. Estella Light, administratrix, plaintiff below, recovered a judgment in the Common Pleas Court against the Medical Protective Company, and error proceedings are here instituted seeking a reversal of said judgment. The bill of exceptions shows that the cause was submitted to the trial judge upon an agreed statement of facts.
