SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Luther Glenn was tried and convicted of the murder of William Anthony Griffin in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (“Court of Common Pleas”) and is currently a prisoner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Glenn appeals the ruling of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (“District Court”) denying his Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
