This is an appeal from an order dismissing, with prejudice, a proceeding commenced by the appellants (hereinafter referred to as petitioners) for the purpose of having judicially invalidated two orders and resolutions of the board of directors of Eagle Point Irrigation District, a municipal corporation within Jackson county, Oregon, and also dismissing appeals from such orders. The petitioners, Howard F. Todd, Add Stone Todd, Paul D.
