OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Kristy Childress ("Childress"), appellant, appeals from the Madison Cireuit Court's decision to grant appellee Brian D. Buckler's ("Buckler") Motion to Correct Error and Request For Additur, For Attorney Fees For Pursuit of Frivolous Defense, and For Renewal of the Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to Trial Rule 37. Chil-dress raises the following three issues on appeal:
