OPINION

BAKER, Chief Judge.

This appeal, which involves attorney fees awarded to a nonparty, stems from a grandparent visitation case in which we affirmed the trial court’s judgment in an unpublished memorandum decision. In re Visitation of M.S. and K.S. by Newman, No. 29A05-0606-CV322, 860 N.E.2d 928 (Ind.Ct.App. Jan. 24, 2007), trans. denied (CV-322).1 Appellant-petitioner Beverly R.
