This is an appeal by the defendant, Ina Gonser, from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, G. M. Sanstrum, for a real estate broker’s commission in the sum of $1,025. The principal questions to be decided are whether there was a sufficient memorandum in writing to satisfy the requirements of the statute of frauds and if so, whether there was performance within the terms of such contract.
